This was definitely the best part of my day today!

Ramen Lab with @mollywatanabe and @emblaise. We survived the line and cold for ramen.

The Miso, at Ramen Lab. I also ate a bowl of the Shoya. (In other words: the entire menu for dinner!) Both were excellent.

Newest ramen spot in NYC was delish! I hope they can maintain a good clientele. Ramen Rules: 1) Don't let ramen sit cold while you chit chat with your friends -- worst ramen manner 2) Use a fork if you don't know how to use a chopstick -- it's not cute
