About Wall, Parlor Walls, Operator, Rips

WALL is a post-punk band based in New York City. Members include Sam York (vocals), Vince McClleland (guitar), Elizabeth Skadden (bass/vocals), and Vanessa Gomez (drums). Members' previous bands include Finally Punk, Keepsies, and Fergus&Geronimo. WALL will have their first release on Wharf Cat Records early next year.

Parlor Walls is Alyse Lamb, Kate Mohanty, and Chris Mulligan. Their music swims between chaos and restraint, nestling in the cracks of warmth and dissonance. They call it "trash jazz".

Operator's sound is marked by warbling analogue synthesizers, driving motorik beats and waves of feedback noise. Their influences of krautrock, art pop, and electronic minimalism are all synchronized together under the title of their first EP 'Puzzlephonics I'.

RIPS are an original rock'n'roll band based in Bucks County, PA. They formed after The Phobes broke up. It took a while, but the debut album 'New Century Living' is out and the trio is performing at all the usual places and a second album is in the works.
