"Triptych: A World Without End"

DCINY Presents Stunning New Works From Cutting Edge Composers at Carnegie Hall

Classical music is far from dead and Distinguished Concerts International proves it with this evening of exciting works from some of today's top composers, including a world premiere. Distinguished Concerts Orchestra and Distinguished Concerts Singers International will perform "Triptych" and "The Ecstasies Above", by composer-in-residence Tarik O'Regan, whose compositions incorporate such eclectic influences as: Renaissance vocal writing, the music of North Africa, British rock bands of the '60s and '70s, jazz and Minimalist music. The evening also features the world premiere of "World Without End" by visiting composer Daniel Elder and Mozart's Missa Brevis in F.
