The String Gliders

Jason Loughlin's guitar playing has helped define New York's country music scene. His band The String Gliders play all original country swing in the spirit of The Texas Troubadours, Jimmy Bryant and Speedy West and Les Paul. The String Gliders are known for their intricate high flying instrumentals with blazing twin telecasters and steel guitar front and center. The band features Jason Loughlin on guitar, Nate Radley on guitar, Jonny Lam on Steel guitar, Mike Noordzy on upright bass and Andrew Borger on drums. As a sideman has played with Amos Lee, James Burton, Rachael Yamagata, Nellie McKay, Leslie Gore and The Sweetback Sisters. His last record Peach Crate is currently available at iTunes and Amazon.
