About The Revel, Grimm Jack, The Shining Hours, Cole DT, GIFTSHOP

New Jersey brothers, Dillon and Dean D’Antuono live for rock ‘n roll.
Bound to the electric guitar, Dillon and Dean have been dedicated to joining the ranks of those who came before them, and that spirit is expressed in their new EP, ‘The Revel’.

With Dean’s voice soaring over the energetic drum, bass and guitars, the message they deliver is loud and clear:  Rock ‘n Roll is very much alive.

Raised on classic rock but influenced by the generation they come from, the brothers are quickly gaining a reputation for their musical chops, and their live performance.  The D’Antuono brothers are fixated on the future of their band, writing more songs and touring.

'The Revel’ EP, released on June 10th, includes stand out tracks like ‘Come Alive’, ‘Stuck on You’ and ‘Taking me Down’ and was produced by Jimmy Gnecco (Ours) who also co-wrote and recorded the collection. Legendary record maker Jason Corsaro, and Brett Romnes were also involved. Last up, James Monte mixer and Howie Weinberg did mastering.

'The Revel' EP is available on iTunes and SPOTIFY.

New York’s Grimm Jack has been considered one of America’s best underdog rock and roll bands. They're a hard-driving but melodic act, often compared to Aerosmith and Guns ‘N’ Roses, with a bit of southern bluesy flavor thrown in. With a loyal fanbase through touring and radio-friendly songs, the music can be heard on FM and Internet radio, from New York to California.

The Shining Hours are an Alt-Indie Rock band from the blaring streets of Brooklyn NY banging away since the start of 2017.
Their music is a mix of reverb-drenched guitar riffs and a booming rhythm section, melded in a melodic swirl of raw energy, that The Blog That Celebrates Itself describes as “…something like if The Replacements joined the brats of the Arctic Monkeys and had a jam,” with relatable lyrics of which Divide and Conquer wrote, “Best of all I could make out the lyrics, and they’re good. Like, blew my mind good”

GIFTSHOP formed in 2007 when NYC indie trio The Hi Scores joined Meghan Taylor, vocalist for Rochester, NY bands Bee Eater and White Cotton Panties. The band draws on broad influences ranging from BIG 80's to PUNK, channeling a sound that’s familiar yet fresh. Championing CGBG’s style pop from the streets of New York City, GIFTSHOP's hi-energy stage shows have earned them a dedicated following at the best live music venues.

The band’s second EP, TOURIST TRAP, featuring the Punk-Ska energy of LEFT/RIGHT and the haunting Gen X anthem PARKING LOT ASTRONAUT, showcases GIFTSHOP at its best with Meghan Taylor’s husky vocal purr leading the way.
