Leon Russell, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, is one of the greatest session musicians in rock history, appearing on recordings with everyone from the Rolling Stones to Bob Dylan to Willie Nelson. He even played a key part on the Beach Boys' "Pet Sounds". He's also had a prolific solo career, with hits including "Tight Rope," "This Masquerade" and "Song For You." Performing that music will be Strange Land, who are definitely not your usual tribute band. You won't see anyone on stage with a long white beard and dark sunglasses imitating Russell himself.
