A live show starring funk, R&B and soul favorites The Bar-Kays is always a thrilling experience, blending epic old-school funk jams with dramatic flourishes like smoke and fire, vibrant costumes and even a 12-foot python on the stage. For more than 50 years, the Memphis-based Bar-Kays have been touring and recording, releasing more than 20 Top 10 singles and albums including "Soul Finger," "Son of Shaft," "Holy Ghost" and more. They've performed everywhere from the White House to military bases overseas and around the U.S. on their "Masters of Funk" tour -- and now they're bringing the funk (and possibly a snake) to New York City's B.B. King Blues Club.
