"Tap Future" is really about the state of tap "right now". For when Tap City: The New York City Tap Festival puts all its students on stage, from youth to teens to adults, audience members will get the fullest possible picture of contemporary tap -- a panorama of a dynamic and diverse art. Enjoy thrilling tap by dancers from around the world at this special event hosted by both Tap City's faculty and the artistic director of the American Tap Dance Foundation Tony Waag. "Tap Future" is the tap universe's biggest chance to see and be seen and you can be there, soaking up every shuffle, ball change and heel-step.
