About Strings for Truth, Wired Era, The Good Good

Wired Era's sound both accepts and rejects the electronic age of music, with one foot in and one foot out of the door. You will notice sparse synth arrangements, doubled vocals and studio magic here and there in the background, but the raw vocal and guitar work is always at the fore-front. Technology can do a lot, but it will never be able to convey raw emotion with the human component.
Born and raised in the Bronx to an eclectic world of rock hip-hop and pop, the guys -never formally trained -instead used their surroundings as education and inspiration. The resulting sound is a messy hybrid; some hear a city-esque country sound, some hear classic southern guitar rock, some hear heartfelt pop rock with danceable beats- all told the guys just dig writing songs and call themselves a rock band.
For the live show, they recently brought on experienced drummer Ken Schecter, and bassist Jason Dowd. This solid rhythm section completes the 4-piece, allowing Wired Era to to put on an energetic show and leave it all out on the stage.
You can catch them playing gigs in and around NY to support of the recent release of "We Exist", a debut 6 song EP recorded in late 2014 in Yonkers, NY

Together, we are a two-piece acoustic soul act. Our music features Zilla from upstate New York playing complex and highly melodic acoustic guitar stitched together with the soulful croonings of Brizzo Torres of San Antonio, TX.
