About Sejong Soloists Annual Gala Concert

Sejong Soloists Gala Concert at Lincoln Center: Hear Tchaikovsky, Britten & More

Hailed as "one of the top ensembles of today" by CNN's Paula Zahn, Sejong Soloists is a first-class string orchestra that's performed in over 100 cities across four continents. For this special gala concert at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall, two acclaimed musicians -- violinist Clara-Jumi Kang and violist Richard Yongjae O'Neill, both long-time musical partners of Sejong Soloists -- will perform Max Bruch's rarely-heard Double Concerto for Violin and Viola. The eclectic program also features Tchaikovsky's Sextet in D minor "Souvenir de Florence," op. 70, Benjamin Britten's "Prelude and Fugue", op. 29, and the world premiere of New York native Karen LeFrak's Prelude for Eight Cellos.
