Art and Culture of Nordic Countries Comes to Life at Scandinavia House

Located on Manhattan's historic Park Avenue, Scandinavia House is the leading center for Nordic culture in the United States. Since 2000, the home of the American-Scandinavian Foundation has hosted a diverse series of film screenings, concerts, lectures, language courses, readings and children's activities, illuminating the history and vitality of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The center's spacious, modern facilities are crafted to showcase Scandinavian materials and its famed design aesthetic, and the campus includes the Victor Borge Hall, named after the beloved Danish comedian, conductor and pianist.
