Nashville country singer Sarah Gayle Meech has just released her debut album "One Good Thing." Produced by Andy Gibson (Hank 3) and Meech herself, the album features 12 original tracks, and some of Nashville's finest players. Meech and her band "The Meech Boys" hold weekly residencies at Nashville's most beloved honky tonks, Robert's Western World and Layla's Bluegrass Inn.

Originally hailing from the small logging town Longview Washington, Sarah Gayle was raised under the influence of classic country, evergreens, and the mighty Columbia River. Meech later moved to Los Angeles to pursue her musical aspirations. It was there she would come in to her own as a singer and songwriter. Penning tales of heartache, big city blues, and wild L.A. nights made Sarah Gayle Meech a reputable part of the California country music scene.
