Operator's sound is marked by warbling analogue synthesizers, driving motorik beats and waves of feedback noise. Their influences of krautrock, art pop, and electronic minimalism are all synchronized together under the title of their first EP 'Puzzlephonics I'.

Edith Pop is comprised of best friends Tim Oakley (formerly of Mathematicians and Phantogram) and Laura Hajek (pandha piranha), Aided by Oscar Allen (BBDDM) on guitar and Miles Lally on bass. The songs featured on the premiere EP capture both the joyful hope and deep ennui of trying to reconcile the banality of daily life with the excitement of teenage faith in rock and roll. Based in New York, Edith Pop's debut EP is currently an independent project produced by Tim Oakley and Stitch.
