Slayer, King Diamond & More at Mayhem Festival

Heavy metal legend Slayer headlines the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, which brings together a whole slew of bands from across the metal scene. One of the "Big Four" of thrash metal, Slayer is gearing up for the upcoming release of the band's 11th studio album, "Repentless", and is sure to bust out some of the new songs in addition to old favorites. Veteran Danish headbangers King Diamond will also be hitting the stage, along with heavy metal supergroup HELLYEAH, which is led by Mudvayne lead vocalist Chad Gray and features members of Nothingface and Pantera. Metalcore band The Devil Wears Prada, deathcore band Whitechapel and many more will also perform at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel.
