Rockit Academy Pays Tribute to Steve Marriott & the Music of Small Faces and Humble Pie

The Count Basie Theatre’s Rockit Live Foundation is New Jersey's leading live music education program for young musicians ages 8-18. Rockit, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, helps nurture, inspire and enrich the lives of young musicians through live music education partnered with the Count Basie Theatre in the heart of Red Bank New Jersey. Rockit also provides professional development and music scholarships while emphasizing the importance of community charity efforts.

Rockit Advisory Board members, Maureen and Steven Van Zandt, Carmine Appice, Eddie Brigati, Jacquie Lee and Rich Russo lend their talent and support to a cause they keep close to their hearts. Rockit alumni have gone on to tour with Steve Vai, perform with Keith Urban, sing on Broadway and become finalists on The X-Factor and NBC’s The Voice. The Rockit Academy is honored to pay tribute to one of history’s most innovative and legendary British musicians. All proceeds will benefit the Rockit Academy Scholarship Fund.
