About Ria Boss, Wldflwr

Storytellers: Music, Emotion and Truth.

Jimi Hendrix once said, "Music doesn't lie. If there is something to be changed in this world, then it can only happen through music." Music is much more than just sounds or even a feeling - music tells the stories of our presence in the living world and in many ways, attaches an emotion to this presence. It is the stories of slaves that gave us negro spirituals and it is the stories of injustice that gave us "Fight the Power".
Tonight we celebrate the up and coming storytellers of our time, those brave enough to bare their souls and be candid about the world surrounding them through music.

Performers:

Wldflwr - "Do you suppose she's a Wldflwr?"

Wldflwr is a 22 year old Brooklyn native who through music and song writing, (or story-telling as she prefers to call it) hopes to inspire the world and hopefully make memories and be remembered.
