About Paul Freeman

You can describe singer/songwriter Paul Freeman (Newport, South Wales, UK, currently living in LA) as a newcomer, but also as a veteran. Paul has lent his skills to amongst others, James Blunt for his worldwide hit 'You're Beautiful'. He wrote a few top 20 hits together with Mark Owen (Take That), as well as Deana Carter, Carol Bayer Sager and Recently Robbie Williams covered one of Paul's song 'The Promise' as a b-side on his Different EP, which will feature on Paul's debut album.

Paul toured as a guitarist for James Blunt and Roger Daltry (The Who) personally picked Paul as a support act for his American tour. Recently Paul was the support act of Chris Cornell and Chris Issak during their European tours. Paul Freeman, ” I’ve written all sorts of songs and with all sorts of people, but what I come back to time and again is classic songwriting, and classic songs. Ultimately, I’d love to write a song that lives longer than I do. One would do but, preferably more.” His songs are impeccably crafted, both rich and well-rounded. As with the music of his favourite artists - Bruce Springsteen, Oasis, Beck and Paul McCartney - you listen to them with the knowledge that here is someone who has, in the very best sense, lived. His new Album will be released later this year.
