About Novelty Daughter, Oshwa, Peace Arrow, Dead Elephant Bicycle, Pony Farm

Novelty Daughter is the moniker of Brooklyn-based producer and vocalist Faith Harding. Drawing from her roots from the LA beat scene and her background as a jazz singer, Novelty Daughter fuses together elements both old and new to create original, hard-hitting and soulful tracks. Novelty Daughter releases her music on Stereocure, an independent record label and music/art collective.

Oshwa are a Chicago-based art pop foursome keen on big melodies, polyrhythm, and intricate guitar work. Both "comfortingly familiar and wildly, bizarrely inventive" (Chicago Singles Club), Oshwa puts a tastefully surprising twist on pop sensibility, combining innovation and tradition in a seamless, charming menagerie.

Dead Elephant Bicycle is the songwriting project of Dylan Angell- DEB started in Durham, NC in 2002 and is currently based in NY. Since 2002 dozens and dozens of people have been in this band. Designed to be ever-changing- the numbers will only grow.

Pony Farm, a Brooklyn-based, witchy and enchanting lady trio, was forged in the spiral-y atmosphere of distant planets through stardust, and fossil fuel. With guitar, drums, a glockenspiel, and three-part vocal harmonies, they create impossible to pinpoint sounds that range from catchy rock songs and wild vocals to haunting ballads about time-travel. They are currently working on a concept album involving pre-teen girls, suicide, alien life forms, and time travel and have an EP to be released in the coming months. Stay tuned.
