Before country music star Justin Spears ties the knot in the morning, he's tying one on tonight in "New Country", an unfiltered stage comedy about a bachelor party that'd stun even "The Hangover" "wolf pack." Join Spears -- and his encourage of ruthless managers, faux fans and true friends, plus a pig-farming uncle and a plastic model -- as they party hard before the Big Day. Inevitably, this rodeo of rowdiness goes wrong "fast", provoking the question: Will Justin come out on top, or will his career go pop? Written by Mark Roberts, a writer and producer of "Two and a Half Men" and "Mike & Molly", "New Country" receives its world premiere at the Cherry Lane Theatre off-Broadway.
