Lifeguard Nights emerged from the ashes of The South Jersey Seashore Lifeguard Convention Band all the way back in 2006, like a Phoenix rising from Arizona. Since then they've released over 20 albums of soul-saving rock and roll, toured all over the USA, won a couple contests, been nominated for a couple awards, and their song "Bastille Day" is an international best-seller for reasons that remain a mystery to everyone in the band. But hey, they'll take it.
