Natalie Cole: Grammy Winner Sings Latin Music's Most Romantic Songs

Latin music's most most beloved standards take center stage when nine-time Grammy-winning vocalist Natalie Cole comes to New York City's Town Hall as part of the Blue Note Jazz Festival for a tribute to the genre's legendary composers. Personally inspired by her father Nat King Cole's classic Latin albums, Natalie released her own Spanish-language album, 2013's "Natalie Cole en Español", which debuted as the top-selling Latin album in the country and was nominated for three Latin Grammys. "USA Today" raved, "Natalie Cole takes on Spanish-language classics with the same elegance and warmth that distinguished her recordings of American standards." Cole shot to stardom in 1975 with her debut disc "Inseparable", featuring the chart-topping single "This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)." A string of hits followed, including "I've Got Love on My Mind," "Our Love" and "Someone That I Used to Love," before she segued to jazz in the '90s, with her best-selling "Unforgettable ... With Love". Now nearing her fourth decade in the business, she continues to act, record, perform and rack up awards and record sales.
