Museum of Love

Born of friendship 10,000 tallboys, 400 bistro burgers and 10 million cigarettes ??? here is the Museum of Love. Pat Mahoney (founding member and drummer of LCD Soundsystem) and Dennis McNany (aka Jee Day, member of The Juan Maclean and founder of Run-Roc Records) met 14 years ago, finding a similar sensibility and a shared vocabulary for interpreting surroundings.

Their musical career together began with their remix of Battles??? ???My Machines feat. Gary Numan??? and extended into their creation of a full length record together. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2014 on DFA Records. Dennis writes most of the music and Pat sings most of the words, creating electronica to flip back to great classics while creating music that feels brand new.

Dennis and Pat are headlining Good Room on 06.30. The Lot Radio's Christine Renee is bringing her bouncing beats on warm up vibes. JOY DJs Takaya Nagase & Yuji Kawasaki will be taking us on a journey through the electronic spectrum via disco, house, cosmic and beyond in the Bad Room.
