Established in 2008, M.I.C. Management provides a support system for aspiring and up and coming artist to develop and harness their greatest talents. Created by Michael Eagan, Hot 97’s DJ Spynfo, and Michael Barber, entertainment mogul – P.Diddy’s assistant from 2008- 2009. With their vision, M.I.C. Management births not only music-makers, but knowledge seekers, self producers, and writers.

M.I.C. Management’s mission is to blend the business side of music with the creativity of human nature. M.I.C. Management is focused on developing artists, new and up and coming, in a more holistic way than what society currently offers in the music business. M.I.C. Management seeks to combine innovation with timing, opportunity and entrepreneurship through consistency, hard work and networking. M.I.C. Management helps to mentor artists professionally and creatively; assists with the development of artistry and skill; facilitate connections between artist and the tools necessary to hone their craft; as well as connects them to an array of promotional services M.I.C. Management offers.

Management to seek aspiring artist such as Emcee’s, Poets, Singers, Musicians & Comedians that have the ability to perform and entertain large crowds just as confidently as many top notch Celebrities. We have discovered a plethora of talent all over the country that are well packaged and ready for the next step in their career in entertainment.
