About Mary Bridget Davies and Mia Dyson

Mary Bridget Davies ("A Night With Janis Joplin")

A Tony nominee for her lead role in the Broadway hit "A Night with Janis Joplin", you can now catch Mary Bridget Davies in concert in New York City. The blues siren, whose album "Wanna Feel Somethin'" was nominated for a 2013 Blues Music Award for Best New Artist Debut, will revive the spirit of the woman known as the "Queen of Rock 'n' Roll." When Davies takes the stage at B.B. King Blues Club, she'll crank out soul-drenched blues classics, as well as original tunes. Opening the show is singer/songwriter Mia Dyson, who has toured with the likes of Stevie Nicks, Bonnie Raitt, Eric Clapton, Chris Isaak and Joe Cocker and has "a sublime grit & gravel voice that lands her squarely between Lucinda Williams & Bob Dylan," per the "Boston Globe".
