Jesse Colin Young: Lead Singer of '60s Rockers The Youngbloods

Jesse Coling Young, best known as the lead singer of the classic rock band, The Youngbloods, took the nation by storm when the single "Get Together" became a worldwide Top 10 hit, making it the quintessential anthem for peace in the late '60s. Despite the group's dissolution, Young has gone on to have an illustrious solo career, recording 17 studio albums throughout the span of 50 years. Last year, he celebrated the re-release of his hit 1973 album "Song For Juli", which includes iconic tracks like "Mornin' Sun," "Miss Hesitation," and "Ridgetop." He's even set to release new recordings later this year. Now the legendary musician brings his smooth vocals, which features a unique blend of jazz, blues, and folk-rock, to the B.B. King Blues Club in New York City.
