About Howie Mandel

Howie Mandel: Comedy Legend & "America's Got Talent" Judge Takes the Stage

Since he first stretched a latex glove over his head and inflated it by blowing through his nose, Howie Mandel has only gotten goofier, more ubiquitous and more beloved. In fact, he's never been so popular. He's been the Emmy-nominated host of "Deal or No Deal", a judge on "America's Got Talent", an author of bestselling memoir "Here's the Deal: Don't Touch Me" and the host of FOX's hidden-camera show "Mobbed". Dared to perform at an open mic one night in the late '70s, he was immediately discovered by a TV producer, which led to a series of stand-up appearances followed by six epic years on "St. Elsewhere". Mandel also had an Emmy-nominated animated children's series, "Bobby's World", which ran for eight seasons on FOX. Now he returns to MPAC for another off-the-cuff, anything-goes evening of laughs.
