HOME LIVES presents: Your favorite bands of 2016!

Home Lives is the brainchild of songwriter, singer and guitarist, Mike Horgan. The project began with the simple idea of creating classically catchy pop song structures combined with honest and (at times) embarrassingly personal lyrics about broad concepts like childhood, love, post-college Millennial life, and the human condition, sprinkled with the occasional well placed pop culture reference.

Joined by longtime collaborator, singer and keyboard player, Brittany Cohen, Home Lives has just begun their journey into their distinct Frankenstein-ed take on indie rock by injecting it with spurts of 50's doo-wop, early 60's pop rock, 80's post-punk and synth pop, as well as some 90's shoegaze and jangle pop for an added bit of fun.
