Heather Marie Scholl: Imagined Self

February at The Experiment Comedy Gallery will feature a range of works from Heather Marie Scholl's collection addressing everything that makes her her. Her surrealist self portraits, her strange and emotional jewelry pieces.

Over the past 2 years, she's have worked on exploring her inner world through stitch. And then through clay. This is the body of work that came out of it. It is deeply personal, dark and humorous, and a little haunting. And surprisingly universal feminist themes have emerged.

This show marks the first time she'll have collected all the pieces and shown them in one space.

Opening night is Thursday, February 4th. The show will run all throughout the month.
