Hop the ferry to Governors Island this Father's Day weekend and prepare to take a virtual trip to New Orleans, as the sounds and flavors of the Big Easy come to NYC for the Governors Island New Orleans-Style Crawfish Fest. Set at the waterfront Governors Island Beach Club, you'll enjoy authentic second line, funk, jazz, soul and hip-hop sounds by N'awlins-style brass bands PitchBlak and New Breed as you take in Instagramable views of the East River, Manhattan and New Jersey. And you'll have the opportunity to dig into a tasty crawfish platter, which includes two pounds of crawfish, potatoes and corn (crawfish platters may either be pre-purchased with your ticket or bought onsite while supplies last).
