Recording since the '70s with his own band, blues harp master Cabrera was recently inducted into the New York City Blues Hall of Fame. He landed in Miami in the '60s and worked his way up in the city's diverse, thriving scene. He blends the gut-wrenching blues of Chicago with a contemporary social conscience and the melodies and Latin percussion of his childhood. Singer, songwriter, guitarist and harmonica player Robert Ross is a two-time New York Music Award winner and a fellow New York Blues Hall of Fame inductee who's worked with Lightnin' Hopkins, John Lee Hooker, Big Mama Thornton, Memphis Slim and so many others.
