Hill Country Barbecue Market invites you to join us on Thursday June 11th at 7PM for The Brisket Sessions featuring some of the legendary pitmasters who will be cooking at the upcoming 13th Annual Big Apple Barbecue Block Party.

Enjoy specials on refreshing cocktails and barbecue bites while listening to real barbecue pit masters Mike Mills of 17th Street Barbecue, Wayne Mueller of Louie Mueller Barbecue, Samuel Jones of Skylight Inn, Billy Durney of Hometown Barbecue, and Charles Grund Jr. of Hill Country Barbecue Market discuss the state of regional barbecue in America today and share tips on their craft. The panel will be moderated by LinkedIn’s Executive Editor, Dan Roth.

The Brisket Sessions will take place at Hill Country Barbecue Market. Tickets are $5 in advance / $7 at the door, with proceeds going to the beneficiary of The Big Apple Barbecue Block Party, Madison Square Park Conservancy, responsible for the ongoing restoration, beautification and maintenance of the Park that anchors the community that Hill Country calls home.
