Ancestor is a Black Metal band formed on February 3, 2005 by Joel Kaos in Havana, Cuba. The current line up includes Viktor Hyde (vocals), Joel Kaos (guitars) and Jorge Holocaust (bass). Along with Sectarium, Medium and Combat Noise they are one of the most recognizable names abroad from the Cuban metal scene and according to Scriptorium 'zine, one of the most popular Metal bands from Cuba. Since March 2013 they moved their headquarters to Florida, USA.


Suffering Tool is a Death Metal band from Miami, Florida.

Originally formed by Ramiro Pupo, Fanny Tachin, Giovanni Milhet, Raymond Rodriguez and Alain Candia in Havana, Cuba in 2011. Where after 2 years playing all over the island, packing and selling out venues, getting a league of fans and recognition among their peers, they got recognition from an AR from the US, visiting Cuba and got offered to come to the states.

After arriving to the United Sates, they were granted political asylum and now are residing in Miami FL. Shortly after, parting ways with R. Rodriguez and A. Candia, the lineup changed joining forces with Miamian veterans in the South Florida metal scene, drummer Yader Moreno and guitarist Rudy Orozco, to form the new, revived and well sharpened SUFFERING TOOL!

The band is currently working on their debut studio album to be released fall 2014. as well as booking national shows.
