Elsie Fest: NYC's First Outdoor Music Fest for Show Tunes

Elsie Fest is New York City's first outdoor music festival celebrating tunes from the stage and screen. Inspired by Coachella, Darren Criss (of "Glee" fame) has organized an event that honors Broadway music and show tunes with a full-day festival complete with food trucks, sing-alongs and a beer garden. Criss will be joined by Aaron Tveit ("Graceland"), Lea Salonga ("Mulan", "Les Miserables"), Leslie Odom Jr. and StarKid performing songs from the musicals you know them from, in addition to some of their favorite songs. Between sets, visit the Marie's Crisis beer garden, where pianists from the iconic West Village piano bar will be taking requests from your favorite musicals, and guiding everyone in massive sing-alongs from Pier 97 along the Hudson River.
