Inspired by South African "shebeens", a laid-back beer hall, Madiba Harlem brings the traditional flavors of that nation to NYC, where dishes like Durban samosas, ostrich carpaccio and Cape Town curries shine under the watchful eye of chef/owner Mark Henegan. During this Dine In Harlem event, Henegan pairs with buzzy chef Ken Oringer of the tapas restaurant Toro to create an inspired and innovative menu that will leave you hungry for more of these unique and unforgettable flavors.
