About Darlene Love

Legendary Singer Darlene Love ("He's a Rebel")

Singing legend Darlene Love has been in the public eye since she sang "He's a Rebel," a number-one hit song in 1962 that's on "Rolling Stones"' list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. One of the famed singers of Phil Spector's hit factory back in the '60s, this member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame also sang backup for Aretha Franklin, Cher and Elvis Presley in his famed '68 "Comeback Special". She's appeared on Broadway in "Grease", "Hairspray" and "Leader of the Pack" (in which she played herself). Now you can see Love live, at B.B. King Blues Club in New York City.
