About Dan Levy

After enrolling in Emerson College in Boston, Dan Levy began performing at open mics and other strange venues where people were more focused on their beer than what the wannabe comics were saying.

As a sophomore in college, Dan was chosen to compete at the HBO US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, CO, where he won the title of Funniest College Comedian.

Since then, Dan has been seen at the Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival numerous times and has made TV appearances on Comedy Central‘s “Premium Blend,“ “Comedy Central Presents,“ “The Late Late Show,“ and “Chelsea Lately,“ where he is regular guest on the round table. He has toured internationally with Aziz Ansari and Comedy Central Records released his album ”Congrats on Your Success“ last summer.

As a host, Dan has worked on four MTV Shows including MTV Spring Break, his own talk show for College Humor: “The I Have to go in a Minute Show,“ and most recently, Red Bull Flugtag 2010.

As an actor, Dan recently appeared in “Harold and Kumar 3D Christmas” and starred in the Comedy Central pilot “Let it Ride.”

As a writer and producer, Dan is currently a writer on NBC‘s popular sitcom “Whitney” and an executive producer on VH1’s highly-acclaimed new series “Stevie TV.”

Dan lives in Los Angeles where he is writing more television shows and collecting more sneakers. His wife would like him to stop with the sneakers.
