Renowned Finnish Cellist Anssi Karttunen Workshop Performance

As an advocate for contemporary music, Anssi Karttunen has collaborated with many modern composers, bringing over 50 premieres to life with the world's best orchestras and as a solo artist. Drawing inspiration from his seminal "Creative Dialogues" workshop for young composers and musicians, Karttunen will perform a world premiere for solo cello with "The Five Dialogues". You'll also hear a series of Finnish and Argentine tangos for three cellos during this exciting concert at Scandinavia House in Manhattan.
