Rokenri is a Brooklyn-based avant-rock trio made up of Matt Evans, Trevor Wilson, and Ethan Woods. Following in the footsteps of other art-minded rock freaks like The Talking Heads, Can, and The Residents, their goal is to wear their esoteria with pride. Rokenri's songs are a cosmic fusion of rock and electronic arrangements, surrealist lyrics, ambiguous tonality, and infectious melody. The results span from frantic romps to somber meditations.
