"Maxed Out On Distractions" is the ground-breaking debut LP by Los Angeles natives Corners, torchbearers of Echo Park's D.I.Y. underbelly. Captain of "The Spaceship", Tracy Bryant, croons cryptic lyrics like a doe-eyed killer, while Billy Changer summons the melodic bass stylings of a young Peter Hook. The edges are rounded out by galactic love-priest, Jeffertitti Moon, on synth/guitar & madman, Rick Mabery, who's primitive drumming is capable of inciting a "Riot".
