Laced with big ass kick drums and a tight low end, Codes' sound has developed into a Brooklyn Bounce style all his own. Whether it be the remix he did with A-Trak for disco legend Cerrone’s ”Misunderstanding“ or his own Cristal classic ”Guzzlin’ Champagne,“ or his bangin rework of Breach's "Jack," Codes keeps the funk in dance music.
Captivating audiences across the world with his dance floor control, Codes has played at massive events like HARD Summer, Valtifest in Amsterdam, NY's Camp Bisco, and LV's Life Is Beautiful, as well as legendary venues such as Pacha New York, Avalon Hollywood, Webster Hall, Brooklyn's Output and The Wiltern LA. He has toured Down Under with Slow Roast label bossman, Craze, to give Australia a taste of what’s cooking’ in Codes’ kitchen as well.
One of the busiest producers in the studio, Codes pumped out a slew of free Brooklyn Bounce tracks for download this summer and just released his debut LP on Slow Roast Records.
