Many millennials were acquainted with the young, sister duo Smoosh as they took the early aughts indie-pop scene by storm when they opened for prominent acts like Death Cab For Cutie, Pearl Jam, Sufjan Stevens and Sleater-Kinney. But when the highly lauded Saavedra sisters (Asy and Chloe) escaped their teens, they also shed their childhood moniker giving their music the freedom undergo its own evolution. Now known as Chaos Chaos, the girls have a five-track EP under their belts ? which was released after a successful Kickstarter campaign back in 2012 ? and they're actively working to further progress and refine their new sound's identity. - Matt Howard (Baeble Music)

Caravela is a music project comprised of brothers Frank and Stephen Graniero. Hailing from New York, the band plays lush indie rock with a warm pop influence.
Caravela Forever, the bands recent full length record, was created over the span of two years traveling, playing music, and enjoying life. The recording process was a collaborative effort with Caravela and producer Gregory Dunn (Moving Mountains, Ansible). A reflection of Caravela shines from the record. Time spent abroad, American film, and music spanning anywhere from Kings of Convenience to Delorean influenced the writing. The record meditates on ideas of breezy love and adventure with a light heart.
