Caroline Reese and the Drifting Fifth, THE DEVIL AND THE DEEP BLUE SEA

Caroline Reese is a singer-songwriter who was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. She has released two country-folk-crossover solo albums, "Indian River" (2010) and "Slow Code" (2013), both of which are widely available online and on iTunes (and under the "tunes" tab on this website). As a solo artist she has performed all over, from classrooms to cattle drives and some notable venues including the Little Nell in Aspen, CO.

She also fronts the outlaw country / alt-folk fusion band, Caroline Reese and the Drifting Fifth, based in Princeton, NJ. Formed in May of 2013, the Drifting Fifth has begun to make their mark on the tri-state area with performances at bars and festivals, and even Gene Shay's famous Philadelphia Folk Show on WXPN.
