Bess McCrary

Bess McCrary is a New York City-based Singer-Songwriter originally from North Carolina. Classically trained as a mezzo-soprano, Bess sang jazz and swing for years when she first moved to the city. Her songwriting is heavily influenced by blues, jazz, swing, pop, and funk music; Bess’s sense of humor, and any other musical styles that are really, really good. Her first full-length album of original songs, for Happy, was released in 2013 and her second album, Resurrect Me, will be released in 2015.
