Celebrate B.B. King, the king of the blues for over four decades, at this special show at his eponymous music venue, B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City. Headlining the tribute is another blues master, Slam Allen. A 2013 inductee into the New York Blues Hall of Fame and former longtime vocalist and lead guitarist for the James Cotton "Superharp" Band, Allen ascends the stage to share the music of the late, great King. Allen's renowned for capturing the true spirit and rootsy sound of the classics with his mix of retro blues and soul singing and stellar guitar playing. Billing himself as "The Soul Working Man," Allen's performs all over the world on his mission to preserve the legacy of the blues.
