Megan Hilty ("Smash") Stars in "Annie Get Your Gun": A Wild West Concert

"The new princess of Broadway," according to "Time", Megan Hilty (star of TV's "Smash" and Broadway's "Wicked") returns to New York City Center to star in this concert version of Irving Berlin's classic 1946 musical, "Annie Get Your Gun". Loosely based on the life of Annie Oakley, the best shot around, this rousing show finds Annie supporting her siblings by selling the game she so skillfully hunts, when she's discovered by Col. Buffalo Bill and persuaded to join his Wild West show. In a heartbeat, she falls in love with the show's veteran sharpshooter, Frank Butler, and soon eclipses him as the show's main attraction. The jealous Butler eventually takes off to join a rival show, but is ultimately pitted against Annie in a final shootout in this show that features memorable tunes like "There's No Business Like Show Business" and "Anything You Can Do."
