It's not everyday bluegrass and biscuits are both on the bill, but that's just what the chef's serving -- and much, much more -- at this American Roots Series concert at The Hall. Jeff Austin, a master of the mandolin, made a name for himself pickin' and singing with the Yonder Mountain String Band. The progressive bluegrass star is known for his fleet fingers, improvisation and bold musical abilities. Special for this performance, celebrity chef and New York City restaurateur Michael Psilakis (seen on TV's "Ultimate Recipe Showdown, Iron Chef America, The Best Thing I Ever Ate" and "No Kitchen Required") has created a unique Southern Dixie food menu, which is available for purchase.
