About "50 Summers of Love"
Micky Dolenz, Mark Lindsay and The Fab Four in "50 Summers of Love"
Celebrate 50 summers since the time when peace, love and music filled the air and flowers were in everybody's hair. Two of the original voices of that idyllic era -- Micky Dolenz (The Monkees) and Mark Lindsay (Paul Revere & the Raiders) -- join forces with Beatles tribute band The Fab Four for an evening of music and memories fifty years in the making. Micky Dolenz led The Monkees, the pop culture phenomenon, to two Emmy Awards, also clinching the top-charting American single of 1967 ("I'm a Believer"). Mark Lindsay began his career as a 15 year-old rockabilly vocalist, going on to lead Paul Revere & the Raiders to mainstream success with the platinum-certified No. 1 single "Indian Reservation" and "Kicks," which ranked in "Rolling Stone"'s 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. Emmy-winning cover band The Fab Four lovingly recreates the signature sights and sounds of the lads from Liverpool, proclaimed "the best Beatles show in the world" by the "Los Angeles Times". Take a musical trip through time with this nostalgic concert experience at Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown.Comments
