About 4 Black Roses, nIMO&TheLight, A.I. Riot, Cecilie Beck, The U.S. Americans
IMO & The Light is a band formed by Nimo Kally in NYC IN 2014. Bringing together some of new york city’s finest musicians. A project that take pop essentials and combine them beautifully with modern rock/indie rock sounds featuring:Brian Karp -Bass,Segev Haroosh-Guitars,Eran Asias -Drums,Candra Don Savage-Backing Vocals. Nimo Kally’s 15 years (and counting) in the music industry, fulfilling a fairly wide variety of roles shaped his individual sound. Since his time as a teenaged rocker, nIMO has been a composer and producer, as well as a radio DJ at two of Israel’s most reputable radio stations, Tel Aviv Radio, 102 FM, and Kol Hacampus, 106 FM. Since moving to NYC in 2004, he has worked with some of the industry’s most brilliant minds, including the Top Billboard producer and engineer, Lior Magal, of Sony, BMG, and Geffen Records. Writing music and co-producing “Tree Of mind” – a new york based indie-rock band, with 2 EP’s “Show me how” and “assembly” and quite impressive local following and residency at the legendary rock club “Arlene’s Grocery”.
After almost two years since the end of their previous band, Anthony A. and Ilona Moon were actively looking to start a new project. In the spring of 2014, intrigued by an ad placed on Craigslist by an eye-patch wearing guitarist named Christian Buckley, who's video links displayed some deep emotional guitar prowess, the threesome hooked up and began working on a batch of songs written by Anthony A. Within less than two months they found a kindred spirit on the drums in the form of Emerson Williams and began rehearsing as the revolution laden A.I. Riot. With so many people around the globe taking to the streets to protest corrupt governments, with so many aware of the media's control by forces interested in the control of people, with so many aware of a higher consciousness that would effectively negate the current paradigm, A.I. Riot sees itself as a reflection of these times. The band's music is a mixture of post-punk and alternative rock, blending this form together with spiritual and social revolutionary themes.
Hello. We are the US Americans and we come from the United States of America. We play music because we believe that playing music is the most American thing one can do. The second most American thing one can do is listen to our music.
God Bless America!
