11th Annual Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival: Juice Hip Hop Exhibition

We believe that the entire hip-hop culture needs somewhere to meet and celebrate its original elements which are graffiti/art, style/sneakers, emcees, and deejaying. If we don’t celebrate each element, we’ll lose hip hop’s truest essence and set it aside to mainstream and commercialized rap and be deprived of the cultures’ real history. We are more than rap; we are a way of life.
Our purpose is to elevate the hip-hop culture by giving it a platform and showcasing each element simultaneously under one venue.

Brooklyn Bodega is a multimedia content production and branding company. Our brand extends into event production, journalism and critical media analysis, digital and grassroots marketing, radio, video, and content distribution. Established in 2005, The Brooklyn Hip­Hop Festival powered by the Brooklyn Bodega is New York City’s largest Hip­Hop cultural event that showcases the positive aspects of Hip­Hop culture by highlighting Hip­Hop’s legacy as an agent of artistic progression, community building and social change. With past performers include: Jay Z, Kanye West, Jay Electronica, Busta Rhymes, Q­Tip, Kendrick Lamar, Raekwon, J. Cole, De La Soul, Ghostface Killah, and more.

This year's Brooklyn Hip­Hop Festival is expanding to 4 full days in July. Main stage performances will take place on Saturday while panels and the Juice Hip­Hop Exhibition will take place on the 8th and 9th. 10,000­15,000 hip hop fans from across the globe trek to
Brooklyn in order to witness the finest the genre has to offer in it's historic homeland of New York.

We are starting the revolution for cultural awareness, and are bring the fractions of hip hop to a complete whole for a monumental experience unlike any other.
The B­Boys and Girls, graffiti artist,s emcees, and deejays laid the blueprint for Hip­Hop culture. JUICE celebrates this legacy by gathering dancers, deejays, emcees, sneaker heads, beat makers, and visual/graffiti artist to convene under one building for one days to propel the culture forward in the spirit of competition. Each individual craft of the culture will go through it’s own competition with a dj battle, beat battle, dance off, and MC Showcase.
