The last piece needs no introduction. The fish quality last night was on the very high end and this otoro didn't disappoint. Every time we come back to Sushi Dojo, I'm always delighted to see refinements to an already great omakase meal. The level of care

Salt grilled Hamachi. Looks dry but extremely moist. So tender and packed with fish oil, juice and umami flavor. Give me a bowl of rice and I could forgo the upcoming sushi omakase. 2015.1.28

Up next is a piece of nigiri that looks like a pillow on a bed of rice, but instead is a tender slice of fresh scallop topped with lemon zest. Perfectly chewy at first, the texture quickly turned to resemble whipped cream

It's been a little while since our last trip to Sushi Dojo, but like always, we had an amazing time with all members of the staff. One of the best pieces we had early on in the meal was this needlefish nigiri
